Using pre-finished hardwood flooring allows for quicker turn around on projects. Depending on the timeline needs for our clients, pre-finished is a great way to speed the process up. Pre-finished hardwoods offer many more colors, finishes, and textures than traditional unfinished flooring.

Engineered hardwoods
Engineered hardwood flooring is a thick wood veneer that is applied to a manufactured backing. This increases dimensional stability and maximizes the strength and stiffness characteristics of wood. What that means for our clients is the availability of wider planks up to 10"-12" and the confidence that the product will stand the test of time. Some engineered wood flooring has the ability to be sanded as many time as a solid wood flooring option. Engineered wood floors are available in both pre-finished and unfinished options.
